It's nice when people make these threads because I start learning about these groups but I'm too lazy to try to gather information that I can put a thread together with and there are always people who know more than I do . Anyway recently I'm really high on this group I'm constantly exploring things that are a bit different and creative among idol circles it's just a gold mine for great music and groups. I have their releases ordered including the newest one but it's tied up in a bulk order being held up by a Pikarin CD that's taking forever to get in stock at cdjapan. On my next Japan trip I want to make catching them live a priority. I think I could have seen them live last time but some stuff like day festivals at clubs fell on the same day as H!P shows I already had a ticket for.
Anyway this song and video are one of my favourites recently. I love videos that tell a story and this one is kind of dark I guess and upsets some people but I like it. I stayed at a hotel in Shinjuku last time I was in Japan and fell in love with the place so it reminded me a lot of that.

That song and video are both amazing. It is a dark theme and its great how they touch on the issue of enjo kosai which a lot of idol groups don't really do so its really cool to see them bringing awareness to social issues. Codomomental is really putting out a lot of great material with Zenbu Kimi no Sei Da and these girls. I'm very impressed with the music quality.
Here is another music video I could not add to the first post. This one is for "Ideology". It was the video that premiered the two new members, Tsuya and Kokoko.
And yeah Shinjuku is a very interesting place. I always like to just stroll through Kabukicho and observe everything going on.

Is it really about enjo kosai? I figured it was about call girls and adultery rather than exactly an underage theme I mean there are escorts in Japan who do the schoolgirl thing and with it focusing on love hotels and the red light district I just figured it was about that. I guess it's still a pretty big thing though I remember in the 90's and early 00's it came up a lot when people felt the Japanese government wasn't taking it seriously enough just blaming the girls. Kabukicho has a lot of live houses there too besides all the adult entertainment I guess so there are a lot of reasons to go. It's kind of like the perfect example of how I imagined Japan to be with it's narrow streets and colourful lights, arcades and music blaring out everywhere.
I like the mix of musical styles in these songs it's like in the last 5 years there has been a lot of musical experimentation with idols. I love when metal and electronic music is mashed together. I love the videos too some cool themes and visuals.

Finally got their CD's in the mail after waiting on a bulk order. Really great listen their sound visits a lot of different places and when it comes to not being so familiar with the language of the lyrics it's important to be able to feel conviction and emotion in the performance which you really get from them. It's why I like Rammstein even though I don't speak German their music is powerful and the message they convey is strong so you can feel it in their performance. With Yukueshirezutsurezure's songs there feels like a lot of love and emotion went into their singing.

Is that photobook Shida? I don't pay attention enough to know the difference but that sure does resemble her.

Ah yes bought some Pikarin stuff in the same batch and the photobook ended up in there . Shipping and tax can get expensive so it works out cheaper to order stuff in bulk which sometimes works out well when things are released around the same time.
