meichan won 4th place in the h!o general election, and also won 18th place in the h!p fanvote with 515 points! i'm really happy to see how well liked she is, especially since i figured most would find her panda thing annoying. 15ki as a whole seem to have impressed the fandom immensely, so i'm really excited to see how they'll do this year, and how they'll also rank in the next elections once they come around

In the Morning Musume Premier Seat, Mei got:
1.) one of the only solo lines in the album song they seem to be promoting the most.
2.) chosen as the 15th gen member to be in the Memo Hikari unit with MaaSaku.
3.) the dialogue for Utakata Saturday Night, with an extra (pandaful) appearance.

Combined with her solo line in Gyuusaretai, and her being in one of the smaller units for the new album, I'd say it's safe to say our Panda-san is getting a push!

I don't think that's super likely -- I think she was 158 or 159 when she joined MM two years ago. If she's still growing she might make it a few more centimetres. But! I am pretty sure Homare is either close to 165cm or already there, and quite possibly will grow over that!

 

15ki is a really tall generation!

It's sad, to me, because I think she deserves much more attention. 

Homare as well.  If it were Homare-chans thread that fell to a months depreciation I would have posted this in hers.

All three of them have their charming traits, otherwise they wouldn't be in MM.

Rio is beatiful, I get it, but so are Mei and Homare.

I think time has shown us that the 15ki are really an awesome generation, just as YumeRiai are turning out to be in Juice=Juice. Between all them joining and Beyooooonds taking off, H!P did well in introducing new talent a couple of years ago.
