I don't think you guys are understanding the point of the Hokkaido audition (or maybe Im the stupid one).

 

They might come down to Tokyo every now and then but most of their events will be in Hokkaido

I thought this was a way to recruitment some kss and training them without a problem, like Tanimoto whom is often missing class bc she lives too far from Tokyo
Once they get a debut they'll move to Tokyo

Tomoko was a KSS for about 2.5 months before she was picked for Juice=Juice.

 

Tanimoto and Asakura were in the KSS for about 6 months before being picked for Tsubaki.
