But Fukuchan is an epic fangirl and does get emotional. She's such a lovely leader. Hopefully they were happy tears for the year ahead

Hopefully. Because I can't help but think of RihoRiho. How she said she would be in the group for many years and then suddenly grad announcement in October, graduation in December. Idols are so unpredictable.

She has explain in the clip that she will not graduate. It was just that her words came off like an announcement to graduate. She said that she was talking about her feeling but the way she put it has confuse others so she feels really embarrassed by it. She ask the fans to ferget about it. Her parents (?) also told her off cause of her speech. I think she tried to speak her true feeling about MM and we know that she has some difficulty in expressing her feeling through words. So I think we can be assured for now that she is still not going to graduate.

My Vision concert is the best from all the concert that I have watch so far from MM. The set list, dance, clothes and the line distributions is so on point that I regret that I never went to the concert itself. Normally when would the dvd is available for purchase? I have been watching the concert repeatedly more than 15 times now and wish to have the dvd now.

I think if it were up to her and her only, Fukuchan would be in MM until her 40's! But I think that we are reading too much into things since we are expecting a graduation soon, she's probably just emotional with getting 13th gen plus Cute/Momochi retiring. 2017 is a year of big changes to HP, so it doesn't surprise me if it's hitting her hard.

Oh there is a video showing all the times she has cried. When she got in, when she heard their debut single, like you said when Kudo got in and plenty of other times. But I can relate since I cry from almost every strong emotion. I'm just glad that the tears weren't from an impending graduation.

 

 This is the first concert since the 2013 spring concert and that was mainly due to the updated versions of past songs. This was the perfect ratio of older songs vs newer songs. In the past it always confused me why they didn't utilize all of the songs they had. Why have a group that spans three decades if you only sing songs from the last couple of years? Then I realized with the switch from Brainstorming to Tsuyoki de Yukouze!, I realized that some newer fans were attracted to the group because of songs like Brainstorming so maybe management was trying to appeal to those fans. Granted I didn't become a fan until the beginning of PE, but I also have a pretty wide range of songs I like. But with this concert, I feel like there is a bit for everyone. There is at least one song from every era, even from the first album. Of course then the last batch of songs goes full force back into more current songs, but hopefully this is a step forward with including more older songs. Also nice to see more of a healthy distribution of lines. But with those lines being fanned out more, you can really hear the 12 gen, still lacking with singing. Even the dancing you can see the difference with other gen members right next to them.

 

But improvements. No one sticks out with the formation dances, but of course I really couldn't tell sometimes with the weird camera angles and shots. Sort of reminded me of Korean music shows. But I really can't complain with getting footage from the concert so early. It was at least clear and pointed at someone 96% of the time. It will be a reason to rewatch the concert when the DVD comes out. I feel like I missed some awesome moments here and there, especially during Tsuyoki de Yukouze!

Hello all! I usually just lurk, but I just wanted to say I went to yesterday's Sapporo concert (the one that got cancelled) and it was AMAZING!!! In case you didn't want to read any of it, I'll put it in spoilers. Though, there's really not much since most has already been "revealed" at this point (like setlist and whatnot) but if you still read it, thanks!

So about 15 minutes before the start of the concert, KSS Hokkaido performed! Unfortunately I don't know what song they performed since I don't follow them. 

 

They only performed one song before introducing themselves. Again I don't follow them, but the last KSS had everyone chuckle a bit because she had such a deep, mature voice compared to the rest of the girls. I think her name was Rio? I only remember her the most cause she's the only one who's not from Sapporo. Anyways, it's like... Imagine everyone having Maachan's super high pitched voice then the last person is Duu! They also said their "most admired H!P senpai". I can't remember all, but I know 2 said Maachan, 1 Duu, 1 Momochi (Berryz), and 1 Chisato (C-ute). 

 

It was sooo cool though, once MM started their concert the KSS were about 3 rows ahead of me!!! I was really confused cause the staff lead these group of girls to this row and I've only seen like 2 people max trying to find seats. Then I recognized the girl who wasn't from Sapporo and it clicked that they were KSS!

 

So I will be honest, I was in such awe that I don't remember exactly what songs got played and in what order, but I looked at the setlist that's on the Wiki and I can tell you that it truly followed Pattern B the best. Though, Sexy Cat was the encore and Sou Janai and Mukdashi were played somewhere in the setlist... Haha

 

Imasugu was one of my faves and Miki NAILED her lines! That song is like Miki/Maachan but since Maachan wasn't there it just become Miki solos, and god it was great!

 

Utakata had DJ Duu! She is amazing and had such character, I loved it! Also, Mizuki and Eripon did the dance break before DJ Duu, which surprised me! They were great!

 

For the first MC, it was Duu and Harunan. I can't remember much except that the topic was Harunan's photobook, I assume? She said when she told the other members, they were so silent! Not even a "congrats" haha Maachan also said something odd, which made everyone laugh, but I couldn't quite catch it... Duu also mentioned that Harunan doesn't like wearing/showing? bathing suits and said "look forward to it!" which caused the audience to cheer. 

 

For the medley, it started with Zero Kara and this was supposed to have Maachan in it (along with Oda, Duu, Maria, and Akane). I don't know if they did this in the previous concerts or did this specifically for this concert, but they had a VTR of all the girls lipsyncing to the song and kinda messing around. Imagine a very mellow version of the Joshi Kashi PV haha! The song opened up with Maachan "singing" in the VTR and I'm not sure if they had pre-recorded her lines or if she legit was backstage singing Anyways, it was a good surprise!

 

Then there were solos and everyone nailed it! I was especially impressed with Ayumi and Harunan! They had Take Off is Now! with just Oda and Haruka. Although they were rocking, it felt a little odd cause I knew Maachan was supposed to be there...

 

Songs continue and eventually it's the "last" song, Be Alive. When it finishes, the members then say their "vision". I can't remember except Harunan's cause it was really funny but she basically said that Maachan had told her that Sapporo/Hokkaido's snow is something to look forward to, and so she had a "vision" to see the snow that Maachan had talked about. She said upon arriving in Sapporo, she was pleasantly surprised to see that the snow was "as white as Ogata" LOL 

 

Then the moment it blacks out, we're doing a Maachan call!!! I loved it! (By the way, at this point I might just add that my fave is Maachan, and even though I knew she wasn't performing, I had my penlight on her color almost the whole time!) It was sooo nice to see a sea of turquoise/mint/teal/whatever color name it's supposed to be. 

 

Eventually, Sexy Cat starts and when it ends Mizuki comes with a handwritten letter from Maachan! It was pretty funny because Mizuki was like "I'm gonna read it as is." （そのまま読みます～）and everyone was like 'Uh oh is that ok!?" "Will we be alright?!" haha! Unfortunately I couldn't catch a lot of it, but it was funny because Mizuki would struggle reading Maachan's writing once in awhile and everyone would be like "Uh oh".

 

She had a message for all the members too. I remember her saying to Maria that they should play the "gyutan (cow tongue) game"? Maria freaked out from excitement and started playing it but everyone's like "no no with Maachan!" I also remember she called out "DNL" and no one really said anything until Miki was like "Oh wait I think that's supposed to be me..." To the 10kis, for some reason she ended her message to them saying "Let's meet again~ (また会いましょうね～) which was really odd and all the 10kis were like "Well of course???" and had all confused looks. Haha! 

 

They sang the next song, then ended with Koko ni Iruzee! with 13ki members Overall it was amazing!

To be honest, when I was looking at the setlist on Wiki I saw that, and I cannot remember for the life of me that they performed that song... >.> But as for Koko ni Iruzee, from what I could 13ki didn't have any solo lines But they had some really good screen time the audience was so pumped up!

Haaa I don't like that cover that much. I don't get why they never get their hands on pictures of all of the girls that are both in focus and show a strong expression of all of them. I think the expressions are okay this time but nearly all of the pics are blurred. And this while there are always amazing photographies done by fans after the tour. 

 

Anyway I'm going to order it now. It was an amazing concert and I can't wait to watch it! I wish humanity had successfully developed traveling by lighting speed already. I honestly can't wait for it to arrive! (yeah it needs to get released first but...)
