I thought this might make for an interesting discussion (this is my first time making a thread so I hope it's ok!).
Originally Morning Musume and S/mileage both had to complete challenges before debuting. Momusu had to sell 50,000 CDs and S/mileage had to collect 10,000 smiles. If Hello Project were to have future groups complete a challenge like this before debuting, what kind of challenge do you think would be good?

Having a certain amount of views or people attend an event would be cool
But I think hamuretto's idea would be the most interesting
