Man that sounded like such a great experience (and yeah, that's not a concert, that's an experience )!

 

It's so cool how they let all the girls do that for their Budokan!

Honestly I am a little bit surprised that they're adding a second gen, thought they were gonna stay the glorious 7 forever  (like some group that "went on a hiatus" last March)  

 

And yes, someone already mentioned it, Hashimoto for 2nd gen all the way!

I honestly can't wait to get the DVD for this.

1.) I'm really excited for a 2nd generation since this mght mean the debut of a lot of the older KSS, but I'm also worried because it might mean the graduation of a member. Especially since they scared fans into thinking Sengoku was announcing her graduation at first...
2.) IDOL RENAISSANCE!!!! I am so for the relationship that UUG and Idol Renaissance have. It's the cutest big sister/little sister group relationship ever, especially considering they come from different companies. I really do think that UUG are training the Renaissance girls to be the best that they can be as idols, which makes me even more happier.
3.) No Major debut announcement?? This would've been the perfect opportunity. Hopefully it'll come after 2nd generation just like how Tsubaki's did.
4.) THAT SETLIST THOUGH. I guarantee that if I was in the crowd I would've bawled like a damn baby. Not to mention the stage set up, it honestly looks better than how H!P sets up their usual Budokan stage (except Meimi's graduation ceremony / C-ute's CONCERTO Budokan).
5.) The egg reunion ;_;. I honestly wish more former eggs like Akiyama Yurika and Ogawa Saki went, but oh well. It's still such a great sight to see after all these years.

I'm personally not very happy with a new gen - it feels far too late to me. It would be like Berryz announcing a second gen instead of disbandment. I definitely smell graduations coming with this one. They've worked so hard and come so far, they should have gotten a major debut with these seven members. But I guess they didn't do that, because they know these seven won't be around for long. They should have debuted them a few years ago.

But the concert looks like it was a blast!! Also, awesome Egg reunion! Too bad Ogawa Saki wasn't there too... I miss her.

^Negicco is still indies after more than 10 active years and is pretty successful with lots of CM deals but they have yet to stand on Budokan.
They are on T-Palettes too.
I think UUG is sending a message out to all indie idol groups, MAJOR is not everything.
If they can make it to Budokan so can they.
Its like they are setting an example for others to follow.

It might be worth pointing out that it's Yamada that's holding the audition, not Up-Front. So it shouldn't be assumed that H!P Kenshuusei will have any advantage in applying like they would do for H!P group auditions.

It might be worth pointing out that it's Yamada that's holding the audition, not Up-Front. So it shouldn't be assumed that H!P Kenshuusei will have any advantage in applying like they would do for H!P group auditions.

It doesn't mean they'll have an advantage over newcomers but it is another shot at any of them, specifically the older girls, to debut.

I am so proud of UUG for this Budokan concert and making it as far as they have. 

 

I think UUG is sending a message out to all indie idol groups, MAJOR is not everything.

 

I used to hold on hopes for a major debut for them, but I really like this train of thought as well. They still have great songs, great shows, and they're just a good cohesive group in general imo

I was right.

I did saw 2 of them at the back of the hall during the encore.
They were the ones carrying the mikoshi ( portable shrine ).
