Except the thing that leads me more to cock-up than conspiracy is normally they don't withdraw anyone from anything KSS related because of auditions or additions to groups etc. After all Kobushi and Tsubaki are still there even now.

Good point Could it just be a case of whoever typed out the list forgot which of the girls would be absent around that time or just decided to list all of the Tsubaki members without thinking that several of them would be away taking part in the Momusu stage musical?

Do they do school exams in June in Japan? She's one of the girls in Hello!Project going into 3rd year in High School next month, so this could be one of the reasons for her absence from the list.

Middle school, not high school. But exams could be possible. Also she may have something come up. Kenshuusei aren't competely bound to every event, if I'm not mistaken.

I don't think she's gone, yet. If she was, they would have probably attempted to cut her out of the Hello Project Station footage as much as possible.

These are the ones I'm excited for! I can't believe Momohime got a song like Tsumetai. That's a difficult one for such a small girl but I have faith that she can pull it off somehow. And of course I want to hear the newbies voices. Especially Kirara's.

Those are some weird choices for the the newest Kenshuusei generation. But i trust them. I'm really looking forward to Kizuki and Ruru's back to back performances.

Don't they choose these songs themselves though? At least Hagachan did, back then with Nanchatte Renai ...and Maria with the classic MM songs (The Peace, Happy Summer Wedding). And then there were the girls with overlapping songs in the last years...

They've certainly chosen for themselves in the past, and their own costumes too. I don't see why they'd change that now because it makes it another interesting factor in the whole test.

 

That probably makes Momohime's choice stand out the most, she has ambition and isn't afraid to cut right across the image people might have of her being all about the cuteness. From what we've seen of her in the past she can be a serious vocal talent, which is probably why she decided to try her hand in H!P in the first place.
