Anyway .. I do not think it starts from this ..
I dunno when they start the "Dancing! Singing! Exciting!" ..
But I know they done it as long as I ever know looking back at them ..
I think they created the song with "Dancing! Singing! Exciting!" in it as it was their 10 anniversary then in 2007
It always been the representing theme of H!P until dunno when it sort of disappear ..

The Upfront Youtube channel will start uploading rehearsals diaries of H!P groups during rehearsals of the "Hello! Project 2016 Winter Concert ~DANCING! SINGING! EXCITING!~"

content they will be focusing on :
- Hello! Project concert is now 2 hours and 30 minutes long.
- Hello! Project groups will cover another H!P group's song.
- All Hello! Project members will be shuffled into 12 groups

From my understanding that's 12 groups not necessarily pairs, the groups could be pairs but that's not completely implied it's just '12-kumi'.

I was looking at the video and wondering why I couldn't find Riho since she hasn't graduated yet, but it was a '16 rehearsal, today next week she'll graduate. Sort of looking forward to Riholess MoMusu

I don't think you should see this as prove that Mizuki is center  

She is the leader so she is in the center...
