ok .. looks like it is very remote that they can reach 1M ..

but it is not impossible as the 2 days left are weekend ..

and their sister groups has had those big one days sales that is more than 100K before ..

 

But still the higher chance looks like this would be the one that would break their run .. but they are the only one in the race anyway .. probably if their record is ever broke ..it would be they themselves running another million streak or a related group ..

Even though I would like to see the streak continue, I think that there are some positives by having it end with Takamina's last single. Mostly there won't be enormous pressure on the group after she leaves to continue the streak esp. for Yuihan (Sou-chan II).

But there will be a lot of weight on Takamina's shoulders, that she - the leader - was the one who would lose the streak. At least so it goes on 2ch and matomes.

It's very possible this single won't only fail to sell a million in a week but also overall. The amount of sales the group's singles usually rack up during the rest of their chart run has gone down significantly in the past 2 years so it's unlikely it'd make enough to cross the million overall. It was also much too aggressive a game plan to release a single so close to an album when the December singles released by the group usually struggle to sell a million in a week to begin with. It's probably a blessing in disguise for the next generation that this is happening with Takamina's last single and not someone else's. It takes the burden to keep the streak going off them and at the same time leaves room for them to build their own streak if management takes the right steps hereafter.

I can't say that I'm happy or disappointed about this. It just instills that feeling of "whatever" - I haven't gotten much out of the group or the whole family this year that personally made me jump for joy. There were many more disappointments than usual not the least of which was how many AKB only girls got full blown evicted from their own releases this year. The amount of shaft is just reaching unforgivable heights. Over with the sister groups I'm as disappointed as ever to see them not getting opportunities as a group but for their ace members and a few girls in their groups that management is particularly taken with right now. The lack of new and original stages for the teams all across the board is so frustrating. Theater shows are getting remarkably dull and boring. Meh, the list of disappointments goes on and on.

Song Ratings & Thoughts:

Kuchibiru ni Be My Baby - 8/10. I like the song well enough, I just find it pretty basic & forgettable. Takamina centering this is great, it was honestly about time, but surprisingly it did nothing for me. I thought for sure it'd give the song a more special meaning in my eyes, but alas it was not the case.
365 Nichi no Kamihikouki - 8/10. Eh, it's a nice enough song. A fine main B-side. Wish the center wasn't Sayanee. I love the girl, but meh, she seems to be centering basically everything she's in recently.
Kimi wo Kimi wo Kimi wo - 7/10. It's not a terrible song, but it's not one I'm keen to give another listen. Wish the center wasn't Haruppi. I could really do w/out the reminder that Next Generation AKB regular Senbatsu is primarily going to be built around the sister groups' aces.
Madonna no Sentaku - 7/10. It's okay. Not exactly a song I'll be giving a repeat listen to, but an okay song nonetheless.
Senaka Kotoba - 9/10. This is my favorite song on the whole single, but it loses out on a perfect score because it feels like it should be longer. The song just feels incomplete somehow.
Yasashii Place - 8/10. My second favorite song on the single. Wish the center wasn't Sakura, but even that is pretty forgiveable when a song is as a nice as this one. Seriously though, why can't you give someone else a chance to center management? We get it you love the sister group aces. No need to keep rubbing it in.
Oneesan no Hitorigoto - 8/10. I like this song a lot, I just don't like that they went with Mion for the center instead of Tomu. Right now I really wish they weren't on the same team.
Kin no Hane wo Motsu Hito yo - 7/10. Not a big fan of this one. Can't really put my finger on why, but I just can't seem to fall in love with it. Since I couldn't get into it, the centers (although I could really do with them being almost anyone else on the team) aren't really of any consequence, they just make it another song on a long list this year that I'll be avoiding like the plague.
Nanka Chotto Kyuu ni - 8/10. The last track on the single that I can call myself a fan of. Nice song. As with the team A song I could've done with different centers, but I can forgive when the song is this nice.
Amanojaku Batta - 3/10. This is by far the worst song I've heard on an idol single all year. IMHO this is just a crowd of girls making a lot of noise, an obnoxious level of noise at that.
Sakki Made wa Ice Tea - 5/10. I could really care less about this song. It's okay I suppose, but really I just don't care.

Overall Rating for the single is 8/10. By no means is the single as a whole an awful product (in fact it's quite solid), but it sees the continuation of ever present problems and that is entirely too sad + severely frustrating.
