If Up Front still has some ties to TV channels they better get Beyooooonds up there asap. They remind me a lot of Golden Era MM. Thanks to the Megane series they also already have well developed characters.
Talking about all the groups:
MM
Maria is the obvious choice here. She's got a good package: Great looks, idolish persona. Her singing is not great, but it's not grating either. I think Yokoyan is quite similar, and they'd make a good duo - Maria as the sincerely cute one and Yokoyan as the "annoying" cute one (all in comedy, of course). But I fear that she's just not popular enough with the wota.
Another one could be Kaede, but they really need to push her. She's got great side work with that Onsen job, but it doesn't exactly scream "Morning Musume's Kaga Kaede!", it's more something she's doing on her own.
Anju
Well, Moe. And Rikako. I'm still a bit surprised how well recieved Moe has become. Don't get me wrong, she's beautiful, but a lot of girls in H!P are beautiful. Rikako is just another model arounder.
However, when it comes to stuff outside of modelling it's getting rather thin. Girls like Dawa, Rina, Funakki and Murotan all had their dreams outside of idoling, but the current group is still a bit too young to do so, except for Takechan, Moe and Rikako. They're currently still trying to find their style.
Juice=Juice
Diiiiifficult. For some time I thought Aarii could be Juice's Maria, but she's calmed down on photoshootings. Tomoko has been labeled as "Queen of H!P" by someone before (I don't remember who it was, the tweet has since been deleted I think), and I think she could have gotten in a similar position as Dawa - if she had started a bit earlier. Ruru could become somewhat popular with her singing, since she's already advertised that karaoke event.
Tsubaki
Hm, another difficult situation. Riko does magazine shootings - a bit. Risa was focus of the MVs for many times. Kishimon has gotten a bit of TV work. Kiki is still advertised as the ace. Generally speaking I see none of them as a "face".
Beyooooonds
Yuhane has gotten quite a bit of attention, but ever since Beyooooonds really started I feel like they're not trying to overpush her. Rika got a bit of focus every now and then. Miimi is of course the essence of idol, but all of RFRO seems to be a good pick for anything TV related. Even the Only3 girls aren't bad off: Miyo with her dancing and "tomboyishness" (even though this feels a bit too forced, like Kokoro actually), Honoka with her piano skills and Utano with her dancing as well. Though to be fair, Beyooooonds works best as a group. When we're talking about a real face the best choices would be either Yuhane or Miimi.
