I'm glad its not one of those concerts where we have to wait a week to see the different setlist. I hope we get to see more shuffles because the last one was really lacking, but we have like 6 millions girls now so it would be kind of hard.
Every group (besides ANGERME and probably C-ute because of their Yokohama concert) better have a new single to perform. I hope we get to see Aika do something

they're still included as Kenshuusei if i'm not wrong

I'm betting they are totally unaware that they chose space shuttle names. I mean, if they were choosing space shuttle names on purpose, why would they pick one that disastrously exploded and killed everyone on board?

^^^Reminds me of the time UFA had to make an apology because of the episode of YoroSen where C-ute were being taught about Hitler and the the members started calling him "Uncle Hitler". Not on the same level, but it's probably true that they didn't make much out of naming the concert after Challenger.

Honestly I'm German and this was the first thing that came to my mind as well reading those titles and I wasn't even born back then. I also jumped right to Google after I read the names and looked up if there was any connection between those words besides that they sound cool and were space shuttle namens but nope, couldn't find anything besides that.
At least we don't have the seperation of younger and older groups anymore like back then with Elder Club and Wonderful Hearts so they would call the tour of the latter Discovery and the other one Challanger...

It would be cool if "Discovery" implied that that setlist is all the new A-sides, and "Challenger" implied subunits challenged with older songs, and the more experimental things they've been doing, like the acrobatics thing or the dance club.

Ohasumi has a point. I don't see it as a space theme either.
What could happen is that someone on the Chellenger set gives a challenge to someone in the Discovery set.
The person in the Discovery set would discover if they can do the challenge or not...
Kinda complicating, maybe thats not it
