Who is this Yamashiro-sensei? What I mean is where/who have she worked with?
I respect how she says it straight as facts "H!P members don't know how to use knees. You must work hard to master that!".

Don't forget that the programme description also said that the show will showcase the staff, like Yamashiro-sensei in this episode.
So we will also get staff point of view which never had before.

By doing this, I think Up-Front is trying to advertise their staff's skill set/talents.

With H!P, right now (for a few years already) she mainly works with C-ute, not just for the singles, but also concerts. She choreographed quite a lot of dances for other groups too, but the younger groups usually works with Yoshiko in general.

I'm sort of hoping that this show and Hello Station will take over the showcasing of HP behind the scene stuff while the TV shows can begin to leave that out. Even as an HP fan that has been what turns me off from the shows almost every time. Its not even that I don't like seeing them its more that they just clash with the shows so much that it makes it awkward to watch sometimes.

^I wonder if they are going to show other girls vocally training in H!P too? I personally find it interesting. Plus it makes me want to cheer for the girls more knowing they are working so hard

^ I agree, I'd like to see the vocal training of members like Airi. I wanna see how they handle not just experienced girls but also girls with great skills. I don't think they stop training them once they get good, but more just train them less (like instead of vocal training, say, twice a week, they only do it once a week or once every two weeks or something like that.)

 

I really like seeing behind the scenes like this. I've never seen them show the people backstage at concerts who do the lighting and that kind of thing like they showed today. It's always the choreographers, vocal teachers, and staff like that that get shown.

 

Also, so happy to see Miya again!! I didn't think we'd see her again for a while. Is her profile up on the UF site? I wonder what she would be listed as, as she's clearly not starting up a music career just yet.

Rikako's voice is actually not that bad. I can also hear a bit of vibration in her voice.
