I'm not even a fan of the S/Mileage era (sue me?) but I gotta say, that's terribly cute, in the school hallway, with school shoes on and everything.

I was a bit nervous about the low camera angle, but that didn't turn out too skeevy.

She's only 16 (I wonder if people forget how young she still is), I don't see her quitting the security of the group and jumping into the acting world. If she could get some acting opportunities WHILE being in Anju would be great though.

I think she's very beautiful, movie actress level.

Mmm, yeah, true. Though if she does become successful very fast she would have to quit--but maybe that will take time. Either way I hope she does well.

I am not surprised if she quit early like Duu. Considering Kaasa is not known for her vocal abilities, if she found her calling as an actress I would be happy that she can try to venture in that area.

Do some idol-like series to gain more acting experience and then move on to proper TV series like what Koharu did.

I thought she was regarded as a pretty good singer, having won the KSS test her last year as a KSS. Of course she's no Kamiko or Funakki but she's pretty good. But I do agree, the visual route is probably her best path to the future.

I also agree that she's not a bad singer. However, her singing is not as stable as Kamiko, Funakki or Layla. This situation is similar to some members who aren't given long lines or lots of lines in songs despite having decent singing: Uemura Akari, Akiyama Mao.

 

But then, if she really decides to choose acting, I'll support her totally.

Maybe it's because she is in the group where there are no out-rightly terrible singers. As from her debut till now, the only member that is worse than her is Haruka or maybe Aiai (but I deemed both of them as comparable). And yes, she is actually not very stable and pretty inconsistent.
