She is the newest member and I suppose they may given her a long skirt to make her stand out more, that could also be a reason too lol. Doesn't look bad on her imo.

I think they (excluding KSS) can wear whatever they like except the top during the event

but yeah, they aren't allow to wear miniskirts or anything crazy *coughMurotancough* :ph34r:

Yeah, no miniskirts.

IIRC, Country also wore miniskirts, but I'm mostly finding last year, and 2015 pictures atm (and... you don't look at those if you're subject to lost-member-loss)

What I've learned about Japanese so far, is that you must first pay attention to these 2 things: Rule #1 and Context. After that, just pray they remember their high-school English class.
