Being that age of adulthood in Japan is 20, I would suppose so yes. Then again there's a good handful of girls who will turn 20 soon or during this year, so I would've thought perhaps that this tour then would only include up to 19 years old... but eh, it's good enough

Tomu, Saho and Ricchan are 20, Nattsun is turning 20 next month.

So this makes even less sense, I don't see how they're particularly young at all.

Yeah I'm just posting what I came across from the official pages... But it really ought to be "Up til 19 years of age" if they want to set a limit, because 20 is adulthood in Japan...
