Her Grandpa passed like 2 or 3 years ago IIRC, and her Grandma was just this last autumn. I don't know whether either were mentioned to be anything other than age-related stuff. Sayu had a really touching blog post after her Grandma, I'd recommend trying to find the translation if you can't read Japanese.

As for her return, my best guess is sometime at the end of March or beginning of April during the graduation/renewal season at the earliest.

Although, that may be the time that we'll at least find out what agency she's with as her contract may expire by then and she'd have to sign another with UFP or whatever agency she'll end up with.

If she's going to change her agency, I want  her to go to Sasshi's agency, Ohta Pro lol

She's practically everywhere, right? Sayu, too, can be as popular or maybe surpass her (though I think her being in 48G helps a lot too)

^ That would be cool having an agency like Ohta Pro behind her, but I think it's more likely she'll end up somewhere under the UFGroup umbrella, like J. P. ROOM. with some of the other OG.

^ Yep, though I think it's a bit rare especially among H!P girls, which is why so many OG are still around.

Ayumi Shibata was another one who changed agencies after graduating, and if Sayu does, it could explain her long "break" as there'd likely be a "no compete clause" in the contract with her new agency that would prohibit them from having Sayu do any activities or appearances of any kind until a specified length of time sometimes even after the contract with the original agency is complete allowing for that agency to use footage or images of said contractee. Could also be why we're seeing soo many new Sayu products come out after she graduated and why Reina's post about her and Eri went missing and a message on Maria's blog with mention of Sayu got deleted.... although, those could also be attributed to Ameblo problems.

 

Guess we'll just have to sit and wait to see when she comes back!

 

BTW, Risako just announced that she's going to take a "break" from showbiz after graduation too..... wonder who will come back first!

What's going to happen in still such a mystery, it's hard to imagine it'd go badly. And yet here we are 92 ("OMG" 92 >< days since the Sayupocalypse with no signs of redemption

 

Really though with the recent release of Michishige Camera 2, and the announcement for the Michishige Camera (FIN) DVD  thing.... who knows what's going on...one would think she could come back to have done release events for either of those, but perhaps it's not time yet...perhaps she's not ready to be the goddess of the new world of....things... y ah I was really trying to find somewhere to with this but I don't...

 

I was trying to think of something to do for 100...but I don't have a clue ><;

I guess just wait for my package with all the Sayu stuff I bought to get here soon.

Because when Aichan guested on Yantan 3, 4 weeks after Sayu graduate, Sanma said he didn't hear anything from Sayu ever since, if I understood it correctly.

I thought they're close since Sayu even bought Sanma a present when MM was in NY.
