She's the blue-haired one.

 

She also played a character for Henkei Shoujo named Arisa.

The bigger problem is idols getting caught without make up and idiots talking about how they look "old" or "unattractive". Therefore idols - especially at Sayumi's age - looking as beautiful as she is without make up seems to be a big deal.
