It would be so funny if it's April fool's joke and at the end she will join Angerme instead.
But it makes more sense that she joins JJ.
She was the only member I actually liked from Kobushi and it would have been sad if she stayed without a group. Also I like JJ more than Angerme so yay!

I was quite reasonable to predict that she would join J=J. Karin will graduate soon, and her high-quality performance fits J=J. Regarding other groups, MM almost never opens door to ex-members, except Chii-chan. Angerme has auditions, TF is never suitable for her, BEYOOOOONDS is weird for her.

 

Some people say that J=J is a dumping ground for ex-members, but I think only high-quality members can qualify.

yeah i figured it was either angerme or juice=juice, and considering angerme is doing auditions now i knew j=j would probably be a better fit for her. especially with karin's graduation, it's just convenient to move reirei there to fill the hole karin left imo

I'm somewhat disappointed, because I thought that J=J was the most boring option for her. But I'm sure she'll do well there, she's a wonderfully talented idol so I'll look forward to seeing how J=J changes with her addition.

I'm not worried about Riai's potential to be overshadowed, because I predict it won't be likely to happen. I'm worried about Yume more, since in the last single, it looks like Yume, along with Aarii, are in the shadows. Unlike Yuka, she doesn't have another skill to backup for her lack of attention in MVs or performances like.

 

However, I will be really mad if the manager decides to shove Reirei in the shadow, because it is meaningless to waste a vocalist like that.

This is for the best, a soloist career is doomed to be something like Lovendor or Bitter&Sweet, as relevant and popular as some random temporary sub-unit.

Since she will start performing as a J=J member after Karin graduates, I am pretty sure she won't be shoved in the back.

I won't be surprised if she chalks up more than 80% of Karin's lines given her ability and I am sure she is well-liked by management.

 

And with her join date, people will or may see her as Karin's replacement in a way - good vocalist, solid performer and (likely) same member colour.

So I am sure she will be one of the front girls for J=J.
