I bet it's more of a contract kind of thing where current members aren't allowed to interact on social media with former members.  In fact they're probably barred from doing that stuff with anyone.

It's so weird to mask Akane's face to be honest. I know Haachin is not linked to UFP anymore, but Akane is still a public figure, it's silly to mask her face.

Plus Haachin is an OG isn't she? Weird.

Probably just trying to keep a clear line between private encounters in their free time vs official encounters while on the clock. There were some stern words said after Reina and Maa-chan had been recorded together in their free time before getting deleted, even though both never stopped being active. While slightly different in circumstance, Taguchi while she was still in Kobushi also got into trouble for being in a stream with Renako. While there were the leaked boyfriend pictures before Rena left, the reason given for her departure was anxiety, so I don't think there had been any more particular animus about who it was with rather than just that it happened at all. So instead of it just being anything to do with OGs or whether or not the person left on good terms, I think it's just a matter of trying to keep business and free time separate unless explicit permission is asked. If that's the case, Ogata would also know it from her time in the group, and is probably just trying to keep from causing any potential problems for Akane.

So apparently, fans are pissed because Haachin doesn't talk about H!P on social media and her fav idol group isn't Momusu... wich is really dumb

I know people loved to use the usual "She didn't love MM enough to improve", but you can be a H!P member and love another group... Even after her grad people still found dumb reasons to complain about her

Isn't it just that one dude on fb or fb peeps in general? That fandom over there is just such a mess. It's where Morning Musume Germany™ came from, it's where the literally most uninformed people not only in regards to h!p but Japan in general come from and it's where they regularly talk bs about the girls. I swear fb is only used for fandom talk by ppl that are too dumb to understand twitter or something.
(not saying there aren't idiots on all platforms but the fb community is just so incredibly ridiculous it's painful to read more than two posts at once)

There's a thread about it on 5ch. Personally, I would've liked it if she answer MM. But answering honestly is a good thing and it's her choice as to what she likes. Also, liking a non-MM group and liking MM aren't mutually exclusive. There's people that will criticize no matter what she answered with anyways.

Tbh, I understand her answer. What if she still feels like she kinda belongs to MM? Saying MM was her favourite group would seem kind of like self-praise, wouldn't it?

 

As for her not talking about H!P on social media...well maybe she's just unsure what can be mentioned and what to better omit. She's without a manager regulating these kinds of things. Seems like a smart choice if anything. She just started being active again and people so desperately want her to put her foot in her mouth already? If she doesn't provide a reasons they just make one up it seems. People are just sensationalists.
