【モーニング娘。'21 野中美希】待望の1st写真集『To be myself』ウラ話＆チェル流カラダ管理法を公表！【アイドルもういっちょプラス】

 

A few points from the interview:

• She bought Nakajima a present, new sunglasses as she says this it is in a design that he doesn't usually wear
• She shows her favourite pages in the photobook:
  • The 1st one is the picture in the red dress, she says she likes her side profile in this photo as it is from her right side which is her favourite side
  • The 2nd is the yukata photo as she received complements from other members saying that it looks beautiful
• She inspired her room wear shoot on Tanaka Minami
• Usually members over 20 years old wear a black swimsuit in their photobooks but Chel didn't, Nakajima points out that this sets her photobook apart from the others that were released
• To prepare for her photobook there was no rush so she was able to work hard on the preparations properly. She did muscle training and paid attention to what she was eating.
• During her idol career she had trouble with her body image. There was a time when she thought she was fat so she only dieted and didn't eat a normal amount of food which led to bone weakening.
• She felt she was being rude to her fans because of her weight and wants to apologize. She says she is at a state where she can maintain herself so she will continue to do her best like this
• She thinks many young girls are restricting their diets and since she used to be like that she wanted to share her feelings.
• They compliment Chel's skin saying that it looks really good, Chel says she is wearing almost no foundation and that her skin has become healthier 
• About becoming a university student, she always wanted to go to Waseda however due to the schedule of being an idol and a university student always clashing she decided to do e-school despite it being difficult. She often has to complete her assignments late at night after returning from work.
