Graduation songs are songs made for major members who are graduating from the group, and it is the last song of that member for the group. They are among the groups' most meaningful songs as they express their thanks in the songs. They must be sang live and in full in graduation concerts. I have all 6 of them in my tablet.
So here are the 6 member graduation songs:
1. Yume no Kawa
Graduate: Maeda Atsuko
Concert: Tokyo Dome 1830 no Yume - August 26, 2012
2. Sore wo Seishun to Yobu Hi
Graduates: Yagami Kumi, Kuwabara Mizuki, Hiramatsu Kanako, Takada Shiori, Ogiso Shiori, Akaeda Ririna, Ueno Kasumi, Hara Minami, Kobayashi Emiri
Concert: Kawaranai Koto. Zutto Nakama na Koto - April 14, 2013
3. Namida no Sei Janai
Graduate: Shinoda Mariko
Concert: Manatsu no Dome Tour - July 21, 2013
4. Saigo no Door
Graduate: Itano Tomomi
Concert: Manatsu no Dome Tour - August 25, 2013
5. Tsuyosa to Yowasa no Aida de
Graduate: Akimoto Sayaka
Concert: Manatsu no Dome Tour - August 22, 2013
6. Kyou Made no Melody
Graduate: Oshima Yuko
Concert: AKB48 group in Ajinomoto Stadium - June 8, 2014
My personal favorites are Sore wo Seishun to Yobu Hi and Saigo no Door. What's yours?

Well you've certainly forgotten about some, for example:
From Maimai's graduation in 2009, performed by then ex members Chiruchiru and Ayunee, song composed by Chiruchiru, lyrics by Chiruchiru/Ayunee.

Does Ganbare! not count as a graduation song?

I voted for Tsuyosa to Yowasa no Aida de. It's my overall favorite not just because Sayaka's my #1 member but also because of the lyrics. But in all honesty Yume no Kawa, Saigo no Door, and Namida no Sei Janai are all beautiful songs which I consider to be at the top tier of the discography of the 48 groups. I didn't really care for Kyou Made no Melody even though I love Yuko. The song for the SKE graduates was nice and all but I didn't feel a connection to it, it was really just another song in the cauldron to me. Ganbare is a beautiful song that I had forgotten all about. Shame on me.

I would definitely say that it does. Moeno also did Ganbare! as her graduation song.
A graduation song is a graduation song.

Sore wo Seishun to Yobu Hi for me; the lyric is beautiful especially when you consider the crappy treatment SKE get.

Yume no Kawa was the first and holds a high position.
But for me it's Tsuyosa to Yowasa no Aida de. Maybe it's because I wasn't expecting anything for Sayaka's graduation, but... BAM!
The song is beautiful, the surprise was big, some ori-K members went there... it was a lot of things.
Yume no Kawa comes very close because it was my oshi's song, but trying to be objective... Sayaka's takes the prize.

I was there in Tokyo Dome .. when Acchan technically graduated .. she really graduated the next day at Akihabara .. and I was in the crowd that refuse to disperse at the exit of the theater building too..
that moment .. was overwhelming .. and there was this foreign lady fan in my row that cry uncontrollably ..being a man .. i just barely manage to hold back my tears ..
but I would go for Sore wo Seishun to Yobu Hi..
In my 48G fandom .. Kumi is the only oshimen of the 4 oshimen in four 48 groups that graduated .. Mizuho took over her place after she graduated ..
but the song is those killer for me .. when the song starts and Kumi start singing the first lines of the song .. I just feel miserable and die ..
So its Sore wo Seishun to Yobu Hi because it is super meaningful to me ..
====================================
Anyway .. is Ganbare! an official graduation song as in it is specifically written and release for the graduation of a member or a group of members?
basically to me .. the purpose of the song is the deciding factor .. so is "Amazing Grace" a funeral song?

I really like Yume no Kawa and also Kyou Made no Melody. Both has really beautiful melody and lyrics.
But this time Kyou Made no Melody got my vote.
"He who fights with monsters should be careful lest he thereby become a monster. And if thou gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will also gaze into thee."

I voted for Yume no Kawa. All my feels get salty and reveal themselves as tears when I play that song. And then there's performance of it! There wasn't a dry eye in the house I bet. I personally didn't even care for Acchan really while she was in the group, but upon listening to that song I was like: "Acchan!!! WHY?!2" It definitely provokes the sappy emotions like it was intended to, very effective song.
siggie by moi!
