Anyone know a way to buy the Team Surprise 's cd of 13-14-15-16 with shipping outside of Japan? 

The websites I found don't offer international shipping:

The CDs are not findable on Ebay or Amazon

The only way is to use some escrow services. Basically someone in Japan will buy it for you and then send it to you. But as you imagine this can become rather expensive. As you not only have to pay the shipping from Japan to you, but also the shipping inside Japan and a fee for the escrow service.

E.g. CDJapan offers this, if you don't want to trust a private person to do it for you:

I tried it one time and it worked fine for me.

somehow the hello!online forum messes up the CD Japan link by injecting some affiliate code which causes some redirecting problem on CDJapan's site. Use the link below and copy and paste it manually, that should work:

I bought these four CDs via CDJapan Daiko 

It cost me 90 dollars (70.50€) 

I thought it would have cost me more

 

It would have cost me more if one day I have found these CD on ebay or amazon
