Like I really want Senobi merchandise, but at the same time Tenso doesn't get my trust... I really need someone to tell me a good way to order.

There's the Idol Swap community on Facebook who does group orders. Not sure if they order via Tenso, there's also people living in Japan who organize orders.

No, I!S doesn't really use Tenso. Some I!S members (mainly Alita) in Japan order things for us, then ship them to us.But yes, you can probably get what you want via a group order on Idol Swap, just join the group on Facebook.
