I also see this move as a way to increase sales. With more girls in senbatsu, and some girls who never been in senbatsu before, of course the fans (at least the hardcore fans) won't miss this chance and buy tons of copies. Smart move by management I guess, but let's see if it works or not.

They should put a Christmas song on the B-side. I enjoyed 2012's Totteoki Christmas and I want them to make a Christmas song this year. (No Christmas song last year = WTF?)

And how about a collaboration with another group?

What other group is there to collaborate which is even close to AKB48 in terms of sales, popularity, and achievements? When they collaborated with Idoling!!!, it made sense, because at the time, both groups were very close in terms of sales and such, but now? I don't know if it's necessary

with the current popularity, if AKB collaborate with other idol group it seems like AKB is advertising them

Thanks to ikjm and miyabi on Stage48 we have the 2nd groups formation:

 

Kojimako - Haruppi
Mirukii - Sae
Miichan - Naanya - Ryoka - Ikumin
Juri - Tomu - Tano - Mirurun
Madoka - Mion - Sayaya - Renacchi

 

I suppose it will look more like:

 

Miruki - Kojimako - Haruppi - Sae

Miichan - Naanya - Ryoka - Ikumin
Juri - Tomu - Tano - Mirurun
Madoka - Mion - Sayaya - Renacchi

 

But with Maruki and Sae a step back.

I'm kinda worried that most of the senbatsu are <18 years old, which will affect their CDTV performance. If this song gets to be performed at CDTV, instead of seeing those new gens, we might see older nugu members in the performance (I'm looking at you, Ayarin!) as unders. Maybe on CDTV instead of a Mayuyu/Sakura center, we might see Mayuyu/Kitarie center or Mayuyu/Akicha center or Mayuyu/Maachun center or Mayuyu/Ripopo center or Mayuyu/Mariyagi center or Mayuyu/Aamin center or any Mayuyu/18+ unpopular member center.
