It would be a great development if she were hired straight out of university as a dedicated photographer for H!P. She would get to be around old friends, make new ones, have good income, and not have to deal with as much of the stress of a fully public life. Not everyone gets a good break so soon out of their studies, but the agency has shown that they're willing to use bridges they've already built, like with Maro as a lyricist.
It's been joked about in the past, but with so many members having such varied interests, the company could one day be self-sufficient with just a home grown staff of former idols.
This times 20! As an amateur photographer myself who pays just as much attention to the compositions of the shots in photobooks as the subject of the shots in photobooks, I would LOVE to collect her photography, especially if her subjects are H!P girlies!
I also think there is a certain efficiency in have former ___ be involved in the business of cultivating the current ___.
So for example in the NFL a large amount of Ex-players are involved in everything from management, coaching, commentating, to mentoring. I think that having that sort of "I've been there" sort of connection to the subject makes Ex-____ great at improving the art. Companies should not employ exclusively old heads, but they should use be liberally applied, imho.
