If anything it's a good sign she's not completely off their radar even if she doesn't make to this tour. I wanna hope, but like Minaeshi, I don't wanna get my hopes up too high.

I don't think this means anything. She's still part of the group and that's why she's listed. Aika was even in the MM VTRs at the beginning of the concerts though she was absent because of her injury. They just do it because it would be rude not to include her in the listing of the members.

She actually hasn't been listen for a concert since the Countdown Concert. So if it is real then it's a sign.

Not sure why this popped up all of a sudden, but she's not back. She was scheduled to be with that lineup for all of the Thursday shows of Hello!Drive (you can check the radio station's Twitter history for evidence), but she has been hiatus for the duration and they carried on as 3. Same goes for this last show, which was the last one for that ANGERME lineup.
