I thought Kyary is competition?

Like that she could be number one?

Her fanbase usually download music instead of buy physical copies which don't count on Oricon charts. Her physical sales are not that amazing.

Some acts get astronomical single sales, some get astronomical album sales. Momoiro Clover and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu are both examples of the later. Not quite sure why this is, but it might have to do with promotion and company management.

I like the song. Gives me the same vibe of when I first heard What is Love. I hope the other mid-tempo A-side is better than Egao though.

The songs itself is ok. It might grow on me later, but for now I can't really get into it.

Well that kind of defies the whole point of the song as a crossover lol. It's silly as expected and the dumb name reflects it. But it's about as bad as the other promotional songs they have done in the past so i can forgive them since i guess if some company throws some money at them for this and they get some promotion from it then it'll help for future releases. I'd rather them not make this song more than what it is by trying to actually record a serious version.

I think they're not releasing b-sides since Tsunku started to have problems with his throat? Maybe it's because of that. Just a theory,

It is a possible reading I have no idea how but type 'sora' into google translate and 宇宙 will come up as a suggestion. Not that I'm saying google translate in the gospel truth...
