Love the sound of that KIV B-side. Not quite cool, but not quite cutesy, it meets it in the middle well. I have to wonder about the meaning of the lyrics though, based off of the title... My Japanese skills aren't good enough to understand sung Japanese, so I'll be interested in reading the lyrics once my copies arrive lol. I think I like H's more overall, though. I'll have to see though, full versions could completely change my opinion.

 

Also, I've heard this single comes with photos in the single, is this true?

Can't complain when the numbers increase! And it is a good number for a Japanese single, as far as I know (which I humbly state isn't far). 

And it's ridiculous to compare it with AKB's sales, but as an HKT-fan I'll admit that I wanted them to close the gap even more compared to their two elder sisters.

But I'll repeat that I'm not disappointed, and also that it is a very good singe

I got all 3 +DVD version ..
its counts as 1st week ...
Actually .. I am not sure I am happy with the sales ..
there are progress but really slow .. I really doubt they will get to 300K ..
Maybe after the shuffle come into effect then we can see real improvement ..

I doubt the shuffle will do anything at all whatsoever. HKT48 is already the most entertaining group in the 48G family.

The reason why they are slow to increase their sales is due to - and I really believe this is the main cause - AKB48 slowly but surely declining in sales, even with all the sister groups involved in handshake events, and the other sister groups as well are stagnating in terms of their own sales. So it's hard for HKT48 to pull off the same big increases in sales that AKB48 and SKE48 did in their growth period.

So I see 450k as the upper roof of HKT48 really. I would be surprised if they sell more than this.

^ ok .. probably you are right .. the idol market is now at its max .. and a lot other groups are trying to get piece of the pie ..

Yes, it's not just that there's four 48 groups around right now, which on top of that are already saturated as it is, plus having lost a lot of big names, and been doing this for quite some time now so no longer has the "buzz factor", but there's also a bunch of other idol groups saturating the market as well.

So it's really, really hard. If HKT48 can reach 300k and consistently sell 300k that's great.

Out of nowhere HKT48 takes #1 on Oricon today with 14,467 copies sold
