Heya,

 

here is a small tool which basically on the fly "converts"  (very easy put) every video to 60fps. And as we all know 60fps > rest specially for PV/Concerts etc.

Of course it all needs like 5mins setting up but it is so worth it.

 

 

I5 2500k 4ghz

EVGA Gforce 770

8gb RAM

 

And my CPU load with it on is around 40-50% when you take the time to set it all up. If not than its around 95-99% .

This netbook that I'm using is actually given to me by our government under National Broadband Initiative programme... I'm not able to buy my own netbook or computers because of expensive prices...

So this basically converts a video to 60fps? I wonder how they're going to be able to this, unless they're just doubleing all the existing frames. I am intrigued, so i'm going to look into this.

just wanna ask, how to convert 30 or 24 fps to 60fps videos? i tried the SVP thing but it stains my pc especially at high res videos.

If you want to encode it to 60fps it is quite easy but takes a bit of time to set it up and to encode it again.

I will buy notebook once I have enough money ...

Cheapest notebook with good quality is around RM2000 (USD627.80) (without Windows) but I want the best quality, I'll need to save moreee money...(even my parents salary is only RM1000 per month, I can't work yet, different countries different work rules)
