My hopes to debut:

 

- Inoue Hikaru - She's been waiting for a while. I would be very happy to see her debut because she's really seems a girl that doesn't give up and keeps on trying (her skills have been improving a lot since she entered). I feel sad she didn't perform on this year's Test. I was looking forward to her performance.

-Noguchi Kurumi - I love her confident aura. When she entered she had a very angel like aura but now she's blooming into a confident and strong women.

- Nishida Shiori - There's something about her that captivates me. She has a very serene beauty and I like her singing voice a lot, although she still has a lot of space to improve.

- Kudo Yume - She gives me young Hamachan vibes although I find Kudo Yume even more energetic. She seems a very reliable girl to me. I want the Hokken to debut together but since Ryo left I don't think it'll ever happen anytime soon...

This year's Shindan test just served to further the dilemma that there are too many capable, interesting, debut-ready KSS right now. I - as well as many others here - usually prefer groups with the size of 5-6 people tops, but I'll still hope the new groups will be huge just so that we don't lose these girls. Pretty sure some will leave out of disappointment when they aren't chosen. Also, I love Kobushi and I want them to remain as they are right now because it works yet there are some girls I really think would fit the Kobushi spirit. Help

I got one out of 7 predictions correct at least....haha. I'm kind of disappointed in the selections...I feel like the girls should be switched around to the opposite groups, except maybe Rika. But I'm still happy for them. I'm pretty disappointed that Noguchi, Horie or Kanatsu weren't chosen, but I'm still happy to see debuts regardless (especially Yuhane and Mimi!). I'm assuming AND hoping they'll add new girls from the audition to both new groups...but I also hope they choose an older girl to possibly debut in a small unit with older girls (and possibly Riho although I know I'm being way too hopeful).

Most of my favorite KSS got picked except two. I'm happy with that. I really want to see Rin, Ruru, Shion, Kanami & Kizuki debut.

I really want Okamura Minami, Eguchi Saya, Takase Kurumi and Kiyono Momohime to debut. Especially Kurumi since she was my oshi back when she was in Tochiotome25. 

 

So now that all my favorites are debuting, I really wish Horie Kizuki gets to debut too. The two new groups are pretty much her last hope though so I'm pretty nervous. Other than Kiichan, I'm also really hoping that Hibi Marina eventually gets to debut, she's become one of my favorite KSS recently.

Anyway, when it comes to my predictions for Reina's group, or somewhere else, in 2018:

 

✅Yamazaki Yuhane: She looks like the lovechild of Morito and Utachan, and she has a "Hello! Project voice." If Chisaki wasn't already in MM I'd say they might even sneak her in for a future gen. Wherever she ends up, there's no doubt she'll be debuting somewhere. She didn't get in that PIZZA-LA commercial for nothing, and she has a training/idol background.

✅Shimakura Rika: Sure, she's a newbie to the KSS system, but she's got amazing vocals (her Recital Solo of Be Alive is one of my favorite renditions of that song), and she's 17 years old. If they don't debut her now she might age out when the next new group is made. She also has the cute idoly image thing down naturally, so it's not like she's a "diamond needing to be polished."

✅Takase Kurumi and ✅Kiyono Momohime: I know they've already "debuted," but it's in the theater group, and who joins the Kenshuusei to be stuck in the theater and not in an actual idol group? They might just put them in here.

^ Finally, someone else acknowledges the amazingness of Sakiko! I wish she had made it into the theatre group, she would have fit in really well there. Hopefully they are saving her for another group and not just leaving her in limbo.
