there are AKB48 girls blogs on google+. well... i not always have enough time to read it.

so first question - how to download full size photos from someone's g+ blog automatically?

 

the second question deals with the behavior of g=. now it constantly downloads portions of posts all the time, and i cannot just sit and read, my browser gets slow and slows because of memory leak and crushes. before post downloading was only when i reached the bottom of page, now every event like scrolling or pagedown triggers post downloading.

so question - how to prevent g+ from auto post downloading?

I think that's a setting you'd have to look at, not so much in G+, but in your browser's settings.  There should be something like "don't download photos"  This would apply to all websites, though, unless there's a way to limit to specific websites (if there is, I don't know about it).

There are browser extensions that can download photos without having to alter the URL into the full size, something like Download Support on Chrome.

 

But what I would ultimately recommend besides using Google+ directly is a site that archives the Google+ posts and don't run your computer into the ground. I think ArKaiBu Project48 is my favorite. You can open original photos by clicking on the thumbnail and the "Open original photo" link (you can also "UZA" the photo for fun ). You can even see conversations between members in the comment section without an extra extension. Google+ garake is another site you can use. I'm forgetting another one, but those should make g+ browsing easier and more friendly.

thanks hell, it was the bug. now the page downloads next portions of posts only when the bottom of page is reached, as earler.

Another way to browse G+, if you have a lot of girls in your Following circle, is to split that up. If I browse the main circle, which for me is all the members, it will lag a lot because you get many entries plus real-time updates on top of that again. And the browser just hates it, regardless of which I use. So I have it split into group circles: AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, and HKT48. In addition I have generation circles from AKB48, plus an oshi and favorites circle to be more specific. I also like the above links satchan provided, they work well.

 

G+ is great, but it certainly can become a resource hog.
