What is a Request Hour?

 

AKB48 has a ton of songs. In the previous single to this event, a voting ticket is included in which fans have the chance to vote for their favorite songs. The songs that get the top votes ranking 100 upwards get to make the setlist of this concert. In SKE48's case, it is the best 50, in AKB48's case it is the best 100. The songs are performed from position 100 to the number 1 song in votes, spanning various days to complete the complete top 50 (2 concert days for SKE, 4 days for AKB (100 songs, 25 per day). It is a thrill to know which song is going next when watching the concert and provides chances for fans to participate and get the songs they want played.

Yeah, maybe next year you may even be able to vote for them and put them up in the list!

 

These type of concerts provide for fans' interaction and a little chance of having saying over their idol group, chance to see the songs they want live (in this concert we even had the chance to watch a song never before performed), and management also gives incentive to fans to buy the albums. I guess everybody wins.

Mizuki: She said she’ll appear in a theater play and asked to support her. The video was probably taken inside a lesson room.
Shiitan: She’s working hard in the field of clothes designs. She looked to be near some commerce facility (probably Asunal)
Kanako: She said she’s doing her best running towards a new dream (still inside the show-biz). The video was likely to be taken in a shopping district.
Kumi: She said she’s now a working adult. She was barely wearing make-up and her hair grew longer. The vid was taken before a TV tower.
Ririna: She’s doing her best as a student. The video was probably taken in a park and she was wearing light make-up.
Ogichan: She said she’s doing fine. She was in her house and told everyone to take care of SKE. She looked like she gained a bit of weight.

Takada Shiori won a prize on some fashion thingy some weeks ago. I would like to see Ogiso again, I wonder if this look suits her. Being at her house, I wonder if she is planning and living a normal life. Hopefully getting weight is not somehow related to something bad for her.

 

I think we need to bring something to discussion in here, the serious seriousness in the awesomeness of those Through The Night costumes:

It is worth noting that in the first picture Tsuu is the only one who isn't letting out for viewing her piece of clothing see-through. I wonder if it was because she didn't want to. That would be kind of cute, to know that she is as reluctant and shy as to decline that. Makes me like her even more.

 

And no need to be displaying it all Tsuu, just leave the goods for proper gravure cuz we already be knowin' what you be packin':
