Ah, you're right, it's only the "fangs" that apply as yaeba. Of course braces aren't cheap, but it would be worth the money if you'd like to work in the entertainment industry.

No, they wouldn't be worth the money unless she actually got paid to work in the entertainment industry, which she is not for the time being, and having the crooked tooth didn't stop her from making the finals in the auditions (nor does it stop Suzuki Airi from being one of the most popular members in H!P). It will be a personal and family choice if she wants to fix it, but there's no reason why she should start thinking about it all of a sudden like this.

I'm not saying it's keeping her from debuting or getting an actual job in the entertainment world, but I was reminded of Aika, who did get braces when she joined MM. And it made me wonder why not more H!P girls choose to do this.

Because Japan has the world's second-highest national fear of dentistry (first is Great Britain, if anyone were curious) and it's really not that uncommon for actors, singers, idols, and everyone else in the country to have crooked teeth. Aika's family apparently made the decision to give her braces, which I imagine are way more expensive in Japan, but we do not know the reason why. We don't really have an idea of what her teeth looked like beforehand and if there were perhaps some issue of serious tooth decay as a result of misaligned teeth instead of just cosmetic reasons. She got them before joining H!P and likely well before even auditioning, so it undoubtedly was completely unrelated.

The first time I saw a photo of her back then I instantly just knew she'd make it into MM because she is just so super adorable. I was already making myself ready to see her together with Cuca...but history had other plans. I'm glad she is in H!P now though...adorable little cutie.

Musubu is now my second favorite KSS and I'm rooting for her. As soon as I saw the pic of the auditions where she was doing magic I decided I wanted to support her. So yeah, I'm a fan now.
