Babyraids is a five member idol unit managed by Les Pros Entertainment. They are (L to R): Ooya Rikako, Denya Erika, Hayashi Manatsu, Takami Nao and Watanabe Rio. Website, blog, Twitter:

I've heard about this group before, isn't Watanabe significantly younger(12 compared to like 16/17) than the rest and half American?

The group is also supported by(I think she helped set it up) Kikuchi Ami of Idoling!!!

Don't know about the half American part and yes, Kikuchi Ami is featured on lots of things related to them (from the set up of the group to later things, most of them on YouTube). She is even mentioned on the profile of the group, but I'm not sure if it's a real thing or just spectacle.

I hope they take off.  They have a sound that's different than most idol music out there.  I wrote about "Jump" here , and I'll probably cover the new single "Baby Ambitious" when more comes out.  Short story: I really enjoyed "Jump"!

I've been keeping my eyes on them since their 1st single, they're very energetic. And I heard they were handling out flyers on Momoclo's Seibu Dome (Haru no Ichidaiji) concert. Good luck to them.
