Xbox One is the most consumer unfriendly game machine i've ever seen.   Kinect required for the console to work, no backwards compatibility, Must have internet connection for it to work, Used game only avalible through select retailers, No more buying or selling games on Ebay or even borrowing or giving games away.   It'll be interesting when E3 gets here and Sony and Microsoft have their first official Next Gen face off.  Thanks to Microsoft current PR disaster, Sony seems to have an advantage, lets see if they screw it up or not.

Things are still coming. Yesterday, it was said that you will be charged almost full price to be able to install a used game, then another new said that in the end it will not. So I think we need to wait until the E3 to make a complete idea of the final product (still, I'm not buying this)

At least, Kinect comes bundled with the system, so you don't have to buy additional stuff. But in the other hand, that will make the price of the system go higher.

Yea, thing is, I hate the Kinect.  Motion controls in gaming to me has always been a gimmick and not something i like to use.  Now if i get an Xbox One not only will i be forced to buy it as it comes with all systems, i'll be forced to use it also.

I'm still leaning towards PS4 but that's after I complete all the games I need to finish on Xbox360.

More bad new about the Xbox One, seems they are having low production yields due to their use of ESRAM on the chip.  If this keeps up and they don't delay the release to sort the issues out,  then there are three things that could end up happening.  First, there could be a shortage of systems at launch,  Second, they can lower the clockspeed of the processor which will increase the power gap between it and the PS4 considerably.  Third, they could go ahead and release it and go through the "Red Ring of Death" scenario  again with lots of systems failing.

Ok guys, first, price revealed. 499 US/429 pounds/ 499 euros.

Then, the games I can remember now:

 

-Killer Instinct

-Crimson Dragon

-Project Spark

-Titanfall

-Dead Rising 3

-Quantum Break.

 

And a lot of DRM stuff (mostly rumours for now, but...)

 

-No used games

-You can't play with two person in the same room

-You need to conect to internet at least once every 24 hours or your offline games won't work

I'm still going for PS4 especially now I know FFXV has been announced. Just got to finish completing my Xbox360 games this year and next year it is mine.

I've been waiting seventeen years for a new Killer Instinct and they put it on the one system I have absolutely NO intention of buying?
