During Tokyo Dome concert day three, unexpected trouble occurred when AKB was about to sing their no.1 song “Heavy Rotation”.

As the intro of the song start to play, Oshima and the rest of members were walking to their positions.

Somehow, only Oshima’s microphone stand was set to about 2 meters high. She and Watanabe Mayu, who was next to her, tried to lower the height to no avail.

After they sang first 1 phrase of the song, Shimazaki Haruka noticed the accident and rushed to them to help adjust the height. With her help, they finally could set the microphone stand at an appropriate height before the highlight of the song, Oshima Yuko’s solo performance.

However perhaps because a bit panicked by the accident, Watanabe made a mistake during 1st verse.

Shimazaki, who was sitting behind the same microphone stand with Watanabe shook Watanabe’s shoulder as if she was asking: “Hey are you okay?”

Feeling embarrassed, Watanabe quickly let her sense of humor saved her. She raised the height of microphone to 2 meters and made everyone laugh.

Well since they were in full promotion of KFC I can understand why they didn't do the coupling tracks from sayonana crawl.

 

 

Maybe, but this unit contains many of the girls that have been getting a lot of attention through AKBINGO for quite some time now. It is a great unit so why not show it to people... sad if Budokan would be the only place they ever perfomed it.

Crazy vacation seriously....I visited Japan's 4 major islands (14 cities), attended over 5 festivals (along with the 3 great summer festivals in Tohoku), 5 akb dome concerts, 2 day Summer Sonic music festival and met lots of my old friends and made more new ones.  Only a handful of days where I did not drink. 

 

Nice to be back in my own bed and rest my liver.

 

I usually buy DVDs of concerts I've gone to and I'm not looking forward to the price tag on this one lol.

I kinda wanted them to make a box set with all of the concerts. But at least they will have all(?) of the units performed from the dome concerts on those 2 unit discs, which is one of the reasons why I would want an every concert box set.

 

And, unlike the kks concert, this will become available on cdjapan.

Well I just preordered bluray copies of the special box and the single selection, just to make sure that I would have all available performances since the singles come from all 5 domes. But if the every decide to release the other concert I would cancel it.

 

In the making video they better show all of the announcements made throughout the 5 dome tour, kks sub-group, SKE48 tour, new stages, Team 4 promotions.

I wish I could do that for all the expenses I've had just this year on the 48 group. lol

 

NMB's 3 year anniversary concert will probably be up next year (so I can finally get to see Watanabe's "Jungle Gym" performance), so I'll have to buy the crap out of that too eventually.

 

But still, this has been much more expensive than my previous hobbies (painting, anime, manga) combined. And that's just one year of expenses compared to a few years.

 

AKS should really lower the prices down. It'll help them get more sales overall by the fans who initially wouldn't have been able to buy their products because of the scary price tags.

I haven't watch all of it yet so I might be wrong, hopefully I am, but I am very disappointed that none of the big announcements are in the bluray set. They only gave us the graduation concerts so I was hoping for at least clips of the new sub-group, new Team 4 and SKE48 Nagoya Dome concert on the making disc.
