Just realized in their official PV of Shuto Iten Keikaku on Youtube has Spanish (Mexico) CC. Maybe that is one of the reason why they surprisingly become #1 on Mexico iTunes chart

I imagine Spanish subtitles were added after "首都移転計画" reached #1 in iTunes' J-Pop chart for Mexico. This video shows a celebration of the #1 rank, complete with ponchos and, uh... Mexican people!
