I hope eventually I'll think of her like Inaba (alls well that ends well), and not like Yanagawa (good idol, wrong placement).

Yes, I'm disappointed.  I don't dislike Inoue, I just don't like the carelessness of shoving her into J=J, and god does it feel careless.  But I'm sure I've already said that enough times.

Okay, now that I'm forced to face her enrollment... I have one golden hope... if Inoue joining Juice means that Juice inherits some/all/a lot of Kobushi's catalog.

OK, are we even surprised that Rei will join J=J. Called it after that Karin announced her graduation.

So in terms of seniority in H!P, she will be after Manaka and in front of Ruru. But in J=J, she will be listed as last.

J=J sure is a "dumping" ground of ex-members.

as i said in reirei's thread, i'm really happy!!!! i was hoping she'd go to juice=juice, she fits pretty well there imo. i'm just worried it's an april fools' day joke considering the date though hgfjghfjgjf

The J=J members page have been officially updated in the official H!P website. And they have indeed now listed the members in terms of tenure/seniority in H!P.

After 1st gen members, it is now showing Manaka, Rei, Ruru, Yume and Riai.

This has never happened before when Manaka joined J=J as she was listed after Yanamin and Ruru.

It's probably because there are more new girls than original girls now.

That shouldn't have any impact on the decision to go by "contract seniority (or whatever)" vs "group seniority." 

 

The story I'm telling myself is that it's a change of ordering policy based on how they expect Inoue to interact with OctoWaffle, in a way that management didn't worry about Inaba's interaction with YanaRu.  My guess is that they asked Inaba when she joined if she cared, and she didn't because she's habitually humble in language anyway, and 100% capable of managing her word-choice, but that they couldn't even ask Inoue to switch to using polite "looking up" language with OctoWaffle.  So they just subtlely make their statement that she's grandfathered in seniority, and that forced them to move Inaba upwards for consistency.
