Hello! Satoyama Life is just one component of the Satoyama movement, so it being stopped doesn't mean the whole project stopped. At least until March like lee@ said.  :lol:

People are confused about the Satoyama movement. H!P's project is called Satoyama Life, this ended. Satoyama is a term used to promote country-style living in the country side. You can't end that XD From time to time if UFP conducts a Satoyama event I guess H!P's Satoyama units would be called on for duty.

Obviously it was based on the satoyama trend a few years ago, but UF has its own concept and execution on the movement, simply called 'Satoyama Movement', it's an effort independent from the Satoyama movement you talked about. 'Hello! Satoyama Life' was just the TV show's title, a major component of the movement, which sadly stopped. But UF's Satoyama Movement project as a whole isn't dead, yet.  :P

^The Satoyama lifestyle is still being promoted not just by UF. The government is trying to get people, especially the young people, to move back to the countryside becoz some town are going to turn into ghost town sooner or later with only old people living in it. If seen it talked about on a few NHK programmes like Cool Japan for example.

We know, zam. But we're talking about UF's own Satoyama Movement here, if that's not obvious enough.   ^^;

To me it the same thing :lol:
No matter how one organization spins it differently from another one, it comes down to the same thing.

If what UF is doing is different than I appologize for getting people confused XD
