Search on www.amazon.co.jp for CD＋α revealed it is usually CD+写真集 even for male or band artists, so I would put my bet on photobook. Another popular answer is CD+グッズ, but I couldn't reverse engineer that word...

グ = gu ッ = tsu ズ = zu, take the g, drop the ts, take the z, drop the u, that gives you guuz, the g can stay, the uu turns into oo, the z turns into ds, so unfortunately it just ends up as goods, which isn't really specific
