I think she will be a good captain but I don't know if I like the idea that she is concurrent and not fully transferred.

I wouldn't want to see her fully transferred, as I quite enjoy her in AKB48. Being kennin is fine, but the idea of being captain on top of that seems a little off, since I assume she won't be with the group all the time, and a captain should be there all the time. But, she'll be a very important senior member to the girls, and she has so much knowledge and experience she can transmit to them, so captain or no captain she ought to make an impact. Perhaps after some time she'll end being a kennin, and the captaincy will be transferred to an original STU48 girl.

Naachan has rejected the STU48 captaincy. She will still be kennin of course.

届いたよー！気持ち、伝わりました！ありがとう！STU優先はもちろん！！！あのメールを読んで、ちょっと、ふと、思ったことは「なんでなぁちゃん移籍しないのかな？」ってこと。 
メール読むまでは正直ね、兼任で本当良かったー！って思ってたの。 
でも、メール読んで、なぁちゃんがそこまで責任持って、覚悟も決めてやろうとしてるなら、移籍して船長/キャプテンとしてやればいいんじゃないかな、って思ったのよ ふとね！

移籍をしなかったのは 
横山さんを筆頭に 
他の在籍メンバーさんたちと 
今後のAKB48を頑張りたという 
強い気持ちがあるからです 。 
STU48を兼任することで 
自分自身の成長にも繋がると思うし 
そこで経験したことを 
AKBの活動にもいかしたい！ 
あとはやっぱり 
自分の健康面 、家族の意見を 
聞いたときに 
実家を出ることは 
良くないと判断したので 
兼任にさせていただきました 
やるからには 、全力で！

もちろん会えるし 
秋葉原の劇場にも出れるので 
この選択が 
1番良いと決心しました
