According to H!O and JPS, there were only two TV performances - whose you mentioned. We wouldn't rather miss other You can look at setlists of concerts and stages (though downloading whole file just for one song...?) and search video sites like YouTube - quality would be weak, if at all ( ), but there should be concert/stage performances mainly.
