Yes, they annouced a few days ago...
I was hoping for them to have a major debut...
It seems with all of the final performances Section3 was doing serious reorganization. closing up their 3bjr section and focusing more on the groups they already established.
A real shame. 
I think this video says the Minichia Bears are breaking up.
Yeah, the bears had their last performance on 3/9/2014
I believe last of the cheer bears' contracts ended today 3/31. All of them but 1 have been pulled from the section 3 profile page. http://stardust.co.jp/section3/

They are all free agents now. I hope I'm wrong but we probably won't see most of them ever again
Some of the girls put their last thank you(s) on the blog today. They were so cute. I can't believe stardust section 3 got rid of so many girls with so much potential.

I'm sorry to hear all this sad news about 3B Junior disappearing and the Minichia Bears website being gone. Honestly, I like Minichia Bears and KAGAJO4S a lot more than some of Stardust's established, popular groups. I didn't see a link in eyeless's post above for either of my now-departed favorites, but I'll check out that All 3B Junior video in a little bit. Thanks for the heads up hitsuji! Keep the faith and maybe the girls will return someday!

Are they throwing out all of the 3Bjuniors (except momocle/ebisu/syachihoko/takoyo) or are they just going to reorganise them into new groups?

That's actually Sora Tsukamoto. Watch the end credits!
Edit: Sora is lip syncing the song. She's the actress / model playing a role in a music video. Chisato Moritaka is the actual singer.

So a new official 3Bjunior website is opened yesterday (14.11.01) along with the announcement of Fujii to Yome 2015 event:

The featured members, however, are entirely different from the current 3Bjunior we've known today (momo-ebi-syachi-tako). So I guess this is the answer from president Fujishita when he talked about the whole idol department restructuring in section 3 last year. To quote the page itself:
3Bjunior - a new project proposed by Stardust Promotion, aiming for unit debuts through dance and vocal lessons.
