What i understand, is the last sentence. Sound like "when it's already the second one, the third one must not be happened". If somebody can help to translate it better, please let us know more. Wota said it was a "hidden messages" from Mina-chan

The blog post linked was about Minami hanging out with Ichioka Reina, watching the movie It, eating too much food, pictures of the different things they ordered.  That quote was about  ordering too much soup.  I'll admit my Japanese isn't perfect and it's reasonable to think that I could miss some hidden encrypted message that a teenage girl devised within a day of a scandal breaking, but nothing really seems to mention or imply anything about Taguchi.  After the meat of the blog post, she then just goes on to advertise event locations and dates for Kobushi and H!P.

 

Since Taguchi's blog and the other members' have also been updated with a post since then, I doubt it had really been addressed when those entries were written.  Wota usually like to analyze the blog posts immediately after a scandal to look for secret messages for conspiracy theories, but I think it'd be a bit of a stretch to think there were any in this post.

Who would it even be a jab at? The fans? It doesn't do her any good to make fun of her own group.

 

The tone is completely different from the original Japanese in that translation, by the way. It's more of, "They say that something that happens twice, happens thrice, so maybe it will."

^Why would it even be a jab at the fans? lol, Maybe saying "jab" is the wrong word for it. Sounds to me like she's just expressing her frustration at the situation subtly by saying things like that, which is completely understandable. The company must be aware of the situation by now, so if the girls do have managers who look through their blogs before allowing them to post anything, then someone must have given that sentence the "okay". In the context of the scandal, she's literally saying the chances of a third member leaving is high, then she laughed.

She didn't laugh at anything that wasn't about her and soup, and she wasn't really expressing frustration. It was more of a "Oh well" in response to her own habits.

We don't know what the difference is between when the members write the post and when it gets posted either, so it's likely it was written before she even knew anything, and this also isn't a major scandal, as in no media outlet is reporting on it. There's no reason she would know it had happened that early unless she spends most of her time ego searching. You can interpret it as being more than it is because everyone is desperate for some sort of response, but it's still always going to be about soup.

I know it simply means - what happens twice will happen three times, if it happens twice it will happen again ..
But all idiom or proverb have an inner meaning and should not be taken out of context ..

So I found on the internet that it is similar to the English expression "It never rains but it pours"
