I guess this time they are looking for a good singer. I hope so... lol They kinda need that right now. Losing so many good singers right after each other is hurting... And the 9/10 gens are still rough on vocals (getting better but still rough) so it'd be good to get somebody very polished.

Of course everyone's immediate thought is probably Miyamoto Karin. I wouldn't be against it... But I think it'd be a little silly to have a huge audition and ONLY add Karin. So I hope they add at least one outside girl too. Just so the audition doesn't seem like a waste... *cough*first7thgenaudition*cough*

Well anyway I'm not super interested in the current lineup so I hope somebody from 11th gen can catch my interest!! Most of the time, I like a good singer, so I have high hopes for this. =)

Wonder if Himeko will be in this audittion too. For who don't remember she was a 10thgen finalist, H!P wota with some years of jazz and karate, she even had a youtube channel with one dancing video. She says that her dream to be a Musme is still in her heart.

Umm I don't remember a Himeko...? There was a Hinako...? Is she who you mean? (Or is she like, someone else I am not remembering? )

Out of 10th gen auditions who didn't get in, I wanted Hinako and Sara. Sara joined a different idol group so unfortunately she most likely will not return to audition. But it's too bad, she has an amazing voice.

I dunno about Cuca because she lives far from Tokyo and apparently does not have relatives in/near Tokyo. And she only JUST makes the age limit... So therefore even if she got in, how is a 10 year old gonna work out the move to Tokyo...? I mean, iirc her parents could not just relocate their whole family... Also, Cuca's strong point is dance. She's not exactly a "great singer" in technical terms. Although she's got the stamina, and with polishing, she could be an amazing singer. And she's not super high pitch like a lot of girls around her age. But honestly I think she might just make it, should she try out. But the real issue is if she is even in a position to be able to try out anyway.

Yeah I agree, I think when they imply "no makeup" they mean that the girl should be a natural beauty who does not need makeup to look good.

Then again, an amazing singer with a lot of natural beauty who is interested in becoming a member of MoMusu and is 10-17 and living in Japan and would be able to commute to and from, or move to, Tokyo (or surrounding areas) and who has parental consent... That's a lot to ask... Then again, surely there is somebody...?

I'm getting tired of people wanting Kikka in MM. She has her own solo career that she is very happy with.


11th gen auditions make sense, especially if they're going to go for talent this time around. They just lost one of their most talented members, and who knows how long Sayu and Reina have left. The only thing that makes me worry is that this might mean Sayu and Reina have a shorter time in the group than they would otherwise.

But yeah, as long as they're not all like Sayu when she first joined in terms of talent, I'll be happy. I'd also like someone who has naturally a good voice/is already a good singer. At least one.

Well, I hope for 4 girls again, to have a big Morning Musume (mm... are we repeating history here?) but I want a older average this time, no 11 year old girls, but like 13-14 year old girls. Anyway, I did not wanted auditions yet, but as how Tsunku is doing things, it was the more obvious option.

Isn't Kikka too old? I mean she is older than the age they want right?

And Karin... well, Karin. I still think there was a reason why they didn't let her join S/mileage. Could be that they wanted her in MM, but it would be also possible that they want her for something else.

If I could make a wish: I would like to see Mogi in MM. And Dayun. Or Fuyu-chan. But that won't happen.

I knew this was coming. It's soon but can't wait for it.
10-17 is young, I hope for around 15-17 that would be nice.
As for what girls I hope? Any.
I love all the girls that are currently in Momusu, so any girl would be fine, I'll love her anyways.

Current line up need a lower voice considering Kudo not being able to deliever hers atm. But I don't like adding more members at this time.....that would be a hell lot of work for the 6th gen, and 9th/10th gen isn't quite polished enough yet.....

Also, with so many members, I afraid some of them can't really shine or get any solo line....that's harsh and we saw that happening in MM. I can see MM already going that way even with just 11nin. If not enough solo lines, then it's not MM, just a bunch of girls singing chorus or aka too AＯB-ish for my taste.

but what is announced can't be changed, now I just hope that all my thinking is wrong and we get a good new MoMusu by the addition of the 11th gen.

.... this cements my belief that Sayumi will graduate in 2013.... anyway, I don't really have any specific expectations for this generation; but maybe someone with a history of previous talent would help fill the void left by Risa...
