I like how she's very honest about everything and doesn't hide much, unlike most idols. It's a trait I love because we actually get more than just glimpses as to what type of people they actually are when there isn't cameras rolling.

 

I certainly hope she at least gets into the undergirls ranks, as she certainly deserves it after all the hard work (and promotion) so far.

Yeah that and the fact that she's such a cheerful girl. It seems very easy to talk with her (from a TV perspective), and she handles these things in a very natural way. Hope the general public opens their eyes to her.

Lion no Gokigenjou is three episodes airing on 4th-6th of June. Sasshi appear on all three so I'm guessing Ricchan and Jurina will too.

There's a lot of momentum thanks to Mechaike (I've seen quite a few magazines and newspapers often labeling her the BKA48 center or Center Baka), so that coupled with their already solid push for her really exploded into something like this, which is great for her.

 

I sure do hope that she gets a good enough spot worthy of all this movement though. I mean, Shimazaki got quite a good one for hers, so I imagine the same, if not better for Kawaei either this year or next year.

Oh, I saw that. It's a show with 3 different guests who compare answers to a variety to questions, with Football Hour's Gotou as the host. It's funny most of the time, but it was hilarious when they brought in Kawaei alongside a former female pro-wrestler and a former female announcer.

 

Kawaei's really good at listening to people and speaking, so the show flowed pretty nicely. Similar things that happened in Ariyoshi AKB Kyowakoku happened, and the guests and regulars got a kick out of it.

 

I'm sure someone will have posted it on D-addicts, but they usually compress and size down most of their videos to the point of it being barely watchable, so I don't download their stuff most of the time.

the AKB girls were on some show. 

i mean the whole show made me uncomfortable...but this part really made me feel sick.

i can't believe the guy pulled kawaei's arm and stomped on her.

Kato-san got a lot of criticism for this episode from fans, but it seems he apologized for it. 

 

Mechaike are well known for using physical humor at times, and especially this variety of Mechaike, where Kato-san plays the angry dad character.

And you know how idol fans are with their idols: Very defensive...

 

Mayuyu did post on her blog that she was just fine after the episode.

 

Not sure about Ricchan, but I'm sure she was OK with it too. It's basically just free publicity for them.

 

PS: Speaking of Mechaike, and speaking of Ricchan - she will be making a solo appearance on Mechaike coming up soon (10th)

When I watched it I also thought... wow, I guess, that's too much, this will make some of the fans angry!

The only thing I wished was that Riichan would have counter attacked the angry-dad-goes-pro-wrestler with her own feet (supposedly they smell!!)

Sashihara seriously slapped and kicked Katou around a few times, which is good, but overall too many 48 group girls got attacked, which definitely caused a huge outrage. It's the man's own fault that he's getting all this hate, and he certainly deserves it.

Nah, best is to watch it yourself and then judge. Sure it was rather extreme, but nonetheless hilarious.
