jennyintokyo: i've had many days like that. it's usually later on in the day, i'll find myself laughing, and it's usually at work. i try to hold it in, but sometimes i just can't help it. XD

Not an embarrassing story for me but it was for someone else but I couldn't help but giggle.
It's been snowing the past few days and it's made the ground very icy, but I was stood on one side of the road waiting for my bus home from college, and I saw three guys run out from college to get to the shop down the road and one slipped right on his butt! XD The day had been pretty crappy for me, but I knew he was embarrassed because it was on an open street!

I got a real whoopass embarrass story here!
During junior high, I stayed in a boarding school. I had this well made 'artificial' good image with the teachers. they all see me as a real good boy at school  especially this particular english teacher, who really supports me a lot.. u can say I'm one of her favorites in school.. I always speak really really ridiculously politely with her, up to the point of it being unnecessary. But mehh what can i do, i just love to pretend XD

so one day, class just ended and me and my friend walked down the stairs. for some reason, we were talking about really, trust me, really dirty stuff :P I was throwing curse words all over the place!! And my friend just listened... and listened... and I was LOLing like an idiot all by myself and got carried away... until...

at the end of those stairs, stood that english teacher, with those laser-like eyes shooting through my face! :w00t: ... She crossed her arms and she said,

"my my... i heard everything.. so now I see the truth..." and she just walked away...

I was... x_x and my friend was laughing his ass off at my pale blue face that timeee... ahahahaha~

^Oh man, that's pretty unfortunate.

Same thing happened to me, but not entirely the same.. this one teacher thought I was one of those really-eager-to-study-kids in school and expected so much from me cause I did so well in the entrance exam, then after a while she just became really upset with me since I wasn't the student she thought I was. I mean, yeah.. I do well in school but I'm pretty lazy and I do get in trouble sometimes for that.. but I can get back on the right track easily without any problems.

"Please, don't leave me!" Rika cried as she hugged Phil.
"Don't leave me alone without you."
She cried onto Phil's chest before she kissed Phil passionately.

Haha that's pretty embarrassing ~ And awkward for both you and the teacher.

^
Same here :D All my teachers thought that I was the cliche Asian kid that LOVED school, but then they heard me telling my friend about how I googled a lot of the answers and they were ashamed XD It was just chemistry geez...:P

Yesterday, I was walking to my car after finishing my class and I looked around and saw no one around so I starting singing Kono Ai wo Kasanete pretty loud (plus off key~) But when I stopped to get my keys out of my bag, it turns out that someone was right behind me the whole time :S It's a little bit of super embarrassing, but also awkward since the guy was walking right behind me that I didn't even realize he was there o.O Thank you university for having so many students that I'll never meet that kid again o.O

Another one happened on Wednesday last week. I was eating lunch with my friend and her husband, but the student union was PACKED and we could find a stupid table! Well, my friend finally saw these two girls about to leave a booth, so we were swarming around the booth like wolves and when they finally left, I flipped out since I thought someone might take the booth (like how cars fight for parking spots y'know XD) So I ran and DIVED (while shouting "Mine!~") onto one of the seats and almost smashed into this huge group of sorority girls, though I smashed into the wall instead lol. My friend wouldn't stop laughing ^_^;

I remembered this. I was accused of stealing in kindergarten. What happened was we were playing and I had this little toy in the hand when the lady working there said that it's lunch time and to wash our hands, toy box was on the other side of the room and I wasn't the type of kid to just trow the toy on the floor I wanted to return it to the same place I took it but I didn't want to be late for lunch so because I was wearing shorts with no pocket I tuck the toy for my belt and went with others. Later the lady working there noticed the toy and scolded me there in front of everybody for trying to steal it... why did she assume that I was trying to steal it!? but as a kid I just stood there in shock and didn't know how to defend myself.

Hmm no one's posted in this thread for a while, but I just experienced something really embarrassing and just had to share it.

My parents just brought me a new car recently and they wanted to connect my phone via Bluetooth to the car's audio system to receive phone calls, which was fine with me. So when they told me, I gave them my phone and they went to the car dealers without me.

(Just for some background information, I barely have anything but idol music in that phone... but I didn't think that would be a problem.)

So anyway, they went to the car dealers and got the phone linked to Bluetooth. What I didn't know is the car auto-searches your phone for music files AND auto-plays it when it finds it... so apparently my parents listened to my idol music throughout their journey home... embarrassing. - but that's not the end of the story...

That night, we went to a restaurant with some friends and I drove my car. I realised it connected to Bluetooth soon after starting the car and turned it off. However, on the return trip from the restaurant, my mom and some friends got on the car with us and started talking about music. My mom, suddenly remembering the experience that afternoon, suddenly exclaimed in the car, with all the people...

"oh that's right, we were listening to your music this afternoon, why is it all Japanese?"

I was like "mom, stop"

She continued, "oh and why were they all little g-"

I was like "mom, STOP, let's talk about this another time..."

awkward...

Not my most embarrassing moment, but one of them. Was a kid at an older cousins wedding. Felt a sneeze coming on so I tried to cover my mouth to stop or muffle the sneeze, but by whatever freak positioning of my hand on my mouth, the sneeze came out sounding like the world's loudest fart. It echoed in the church for what seemed an eternity. All eyes were turned you-know-where. There was no doubt in anyone's mind where that sound came from.

Not really an embarassing story, but more of an "Oh no....." story.  It's H!P related.

I entered a National Scholastic Competition and was selected to compete in the National level and go to the US Capital.  I uploaded the documentary I made to YouTube for judging.  The judging period is over, but the video is still available online and it has a lot of views.

Here's where I'm freaking out.  I uploaded the video to an account where I watch lots of H!P videos.  YouTube stores your watched videos...  I went online on a friend's computer to watch it again and what I saw shocked me.  ALL of the "related videos" are of Hello! Project and AKB48 acts.  Not just for me, on everyone else's computer's too.  And not the tame ones either,  Hadaka, Mystery Night, Kiss me Aishiteru, Ai wa Itsumo, and then AKB's bikini videos (Heavy Rotation, Baby Baby Baby, etc. Basically, all of the "Scandalous" idols videos that have been released lately are showing up for people to clikc on after they watch my documentary on an 86-year old acclaimed judge from my hometown.  Why are they showing up and not other videos related to the actual video? I made tags!  Ughhhh.  Does anyone know how to remove the related videos, by the way?  And yes, I did think, okay, cool, more people canbe exposed to J-Pop, but the videos that appear after the video aren't ones I would feel comfortable sharing with others.  It's just so embarassing!!!!!!!!

Oh god, I had an experience that could have come straight out of an anime and happens to just about every male lead in a school comedy. It was literally the most embarrassing moment in my life. I accidentally walked in on a classroom filled with changing Japanese school girls during my exchange period...I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING I SWEAR!

So here's what happened; during Tanabata, which is a popular Japanese festival (Haruhi fans should be well familiar with it), the school organized a party in the cafeteria. As part of the event I was going to sing a song with several other Japanese students and one other exchange student. So several of us were rehearsing in a classroom in the same building near the cafeteria and when we finished we temporarily dropped our bags here to go outside and socialize. After a while I wanted to change into my yukata, since we were asked to wear one for the event and I went back to the classroom for my bag. There was a big board behind the door with something in kanji written on it. I am shit at kanji so I couldn't read it and was like 'Why the hell did they put the board in front of the door?'. So I entered the classroom and just when I was about to fully turn the corner of the board I vividly saw a girl I knew quite well nearest to the entrance, wearing an undershirt and several images of people behind her. There were also clothes or yukata scattered on the tables. I was like 'HOLY #@$%' but quickly grasped the situation and made an immediate u-turn, stuttering something like 'Suman!' (sorry). Dashing outside I felt completely embarrassed and couldn't believe how it could have happened. The mere thought of a situation like that seemed plain ridiculous, especially because I've seen so many times in anime.

The exchange students had a small information session with the international center about what everyone had to do before they went back to the country and I was sweating bullets during it the entire time, wondering if anyone in the classroom (especially the girl I knew quite well) had seen me or recognized my voice somehow. How the hell would I act around them? The girl nearest to the entrance whom I was friends with was definitely the kind of person that would tease the hell out of me if she had known. They should have definitely known someone had entered and turned around at the very least, so I was totally unsure what would happen when the session was over. Since I still had to wear my yukata and get my bag I nervously spend the last few minutes before the event thinking how I would obtain it, since there was no way in hell I would approach that classroom again and become a suspect. I didn't want to ask anyone to get my bag since they would wonder why I couldn't grab it myself and I would have to explain that there were people changing inside which would again, raise suspicion. So in the end I did end up asking one of my close friends if she could pick up my bag in the room and hoped to god nothing would come out of it. I feigned complete ignorance of the event and thankfully everyone was completely natural when I met them, so in the end I very much doubt anyone realized anything. Still, that was definitely the most embarrassing moment of my life. I am usual a level-headed, relaxed guy who is always in control of the situation so when something as crazy as this happens my brain just fries itself.

^Woah dude, that does sound like something out of an anime. I feel second-hand embarrassment for you.

Well, I did something embarrassing. I'm part of a week long summer institute for a STEM program at my college, and we have to work on a poster board project on our careers. So, today at the end of the day we were working/conversing, and I thought it'd look cool if I sat on a chair backward. You know what I mean the way cool guys sit on chairs. Anyway I was looking back and I almost fell from leaning to far back and my crush didn't see it, but he heard it, and he was like "Did he almost fall from his chair?" and everyone else is like "Yup" I brush it off and continue to act "cool" (I do not have a cool bone in my body) And he actually started paying attention and a group of us were talking and I almost fell back on my butt again. This time he did see it and he laughed. I was so embarrassed >.<.

Hello everyone. It has been quite a while since I've been here. I saw this and figured I would reintroduce myself with my embarrass story.

It happened when I met Morning Musume in L.A. at their autograph session the 3rd day of Anime Expo in 2009. I was carrying a whole bunch of stuff when I got up to the autograph table. When I tried to hand Tanaka Reina the poster I had to get autographed I dropped a stuffed panda plushie I had named after her.

Which had been sitting in my arms along with my Gakisan panda plushie. When I dropped it, without thinking about the fact that I was standing right in front of her. I yelled out, "Oh SH*T!!! I dropped Reina!!!" After which Reina sitting a foot away on the other side of the table began laughing her ass off. Almost as quickly as I dropped it, one of the staff picked it up and set it back in my arms. As I began a futile attempt to explain to Reina and all the other members that I had been talking about the panda. I could tell that Reina was trying really hard to not laugh but it was waaaaay to funny to not laugh. I really don't blame her for laughing at all. Especially since the embarrassment was worth the fact that it made her laugh. Something she prides herself on being able to do to others. Besides, how many embarrassing things do we know about them. It seems fair to me.

This is my new siggy. Anyone who likes it may use it also.
