But people have talked about her being promoted ever since she was revealed as a research student. She's popular from before joining, so it's only a matter of time.

The things Nacchan and Yonechan did have taken place over a long period of time - 4 years for Yonechan at least - so ...well, all I want to say is I don't want people to attack Kaworu if she's promoted in any team (whenever that is really).

Just like when Yui joined Team K and took over Erepyon's position, and Shihorin took over Maachan's position in Team B, and so on since the group got formed. Kaworu should be judged on who she is, what she does, and only on that, and not bring in conspiracy theories and such

Please don't direct any frustration at Kaoru kuz of this scandal. Not just her but the girls who are to take those empty spots.

I don't believe she will be promoted that fast. She hasn't performed a stage yet, and the 6th anniversary don't count.

I just think it'd be cool if she got promoted to one of those spots. I kinda want to see her in Team A, K, or B, rather than Team 4, when she's promoted, whenever that is. =)

I wasn't insinuating anything, I really do think it's a coincidence. Whatever their reasons for leaving, I hardly believe Kaoru had anything to do with it =)

I'm not a fan of any of these girls including Kaoru (not that I dislike them, just don't know much about them), I just thought it was funny that space opened up as we were just talking about where Kaoru could be promoted to.

Idol fans are known to be unreasonable, so I think fans of Nacchan and Yonechan might have a gripe with whoever replaces them.

Actually, I think Kaoru should be promoted (assuming she's put in the hard work). She could be like Oshima Yuko, an older person who's had previous experience in various forms that could jump right into things without much setback.

I really don't see the resemblance to Mariko either, the very first time I saw her was for the Kouhaku performance and my first impression was: what happened to Nonaka, how did she get so thin!

I'm not critizicing her being thin but I just thought she was Misato, it took me a little while to figure out it wasn't her!

I had to go look for her at the members page to find out who she was and I was very pleased to see she was a 13G... I was like, damned she's good!!! Heart gata Virus is one of my top favorite songs and she totally rocked it!!! Right there she had me!!!
I'm also looking forward to seeing more of her and watching her grow! I don't know if she'll get promoted soon or not or to which team, regardless of the recent events, but I do believe she's Team A material!

It's about time some fresh faces take the spotlight!

The thing which interests me is that, they managed to make stars out of Yui and Sasshii, both rather unlikely candidates from the first looks of it.

Here they have a girl that has everything lined up for her to make a star: Height, looks, demeanor, "fame" and popularity from before joining AKB48 and here more importantly with females rather than males, fashion girl.

If she works hard enough in the theater and elsewhere, and if she has something to offer for TV shows, this is bound to be a success. And with Akimoto, AKS, TV shows, dentsu etc. I just cannot see how they'll fail.
