In what sense? There are 9 enka singles in the the February 9th daily top 30 and Wasamin is currently third, having just jumped Mikado Tadashi today. Hikawa Kiyoshi also released his new single this week, and has been overall #1 on the Daily Charts for a couple of days now and is going to end up #2 on the Weekly Charts. As far as future releases, it's hard to say given how enka singles will be up and down from week to week. I don't think Jero sells all that well.

Its normal, happens often when stuff comes back to oricon that it shows as new instead of up if its been out.
