Does anyone here own the Hello! Project 20th Anniversary! ! Hello! Project 2018 SUMMER~ALL FOR ONE / ONE FOR ALL~ Blu-ray set?

I was thinking of getting it and checked out the ISOs first to be sure and noticed the DVDs look like very low bitrate DVDs, unlike how many DVDs nowadays look really good due to the original HD downconvert as well as high tech upconverting on our on TVs.  

I suspect they chose DVD over Blu-ray to help mask the aging of the older idols out of respect. HD close ups could reveal more than people would be prepared for. So maybe on top of that they chose a lower conversion or is it possible that the ISOs (which are supposed to be exact copies) are somehow poorly done?
